• Name — only if you provide it voluntarily
• Message content — when you use the contact form
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site (only if you consent to analytics cookies in the future)

Why We Collect It

• To send you the 5-Minute Sales Audit PDF
• To respond to your enquiries
• To send occasional emails about AI for sales teams (only with your consent)
• To improve our website (analytics, only with consent)

Legal Basis

Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — for email capture and analytics cookies.
Legitimate interest — for security and fraud prevention.

Who We Share With

• Hosting provider — serves our website (Standard Contractual Clauses in place)
• Calendly — processes booking requests (only when you book a call)
• Google Workspace — handles business email

We do not sell your data to third parties. Analytics cookies are not currently in use.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is processed and stored within the European Union. Where a sub-processor operates outside the EU (e.g. Vercel or Calendly US entities), transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How Long We Keep It

• Email addresses: 24 months after last interaction, then deleted
• Contact form messages: 12 months, then deleted
• Analytics data: Not currently collected

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — limit how we use your data
• Portability — receive data in a portable format
• Objection — object to processing
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without penalty

Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3)
• No credit card or payment data collected on this site
• No user accounts or passwords stored
• Third-party processors (Formspree, Vercel) have their own security measures

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be notified via email to active subscribers.
